Clean and eco-friendly heating The idea of wood with no glue or additives convinced me. No suspicious smell, very clean combustion. French origin confirmed by the seller, that's a real plus for me.

Premium hardwoods You can tell this is genuine hardwood. The beech and ash are visible in the pile. Slow burning, minimal ash. No complaints about the quality delivered.

Ideal for winter in the mountains Living at 900 m altitude, I need firewood that heats strong. This pallet lasted nearly 3 months as primary heating. Dense logs, regular, very good combustion.

Happy overall Logs match the description perfectly; proper seasoning. I'd have liked the pallet wrap to be a bit more robust, but the contents are first-rate. Effective heating.

Small but effective Really compact format, fits in a jacket pocket. Quick measurement, clear display even in the dim light of a wood store. Batteries were included, good point.

Catches fire in seconds Resinous logs light really quickly, one match and you're away. I use them to get the fire going in the evening, very effective in my fireplace insert. The pallet is well wrapped, nothing damaged on delivery.

Immediate heat The calorific value is spot on – heat rises quickly in the room. I have a pellet boiler and the efficiency is excellent since I switched to this product.

Perfect beside the fireplace I keep it filled beside the fireplace as a basket. The grey and black finish blends beautifully with our contemporary décor. Much more elegant than a cardboard box.

Good product, a bit short Logs of 26-29 cm perfect for my wood stove. Burns hot and long. Small issue with the pallet: a few logs slightly cracked on arrival but nothing serious.

Brush bristles nicely rigid I was worried the brush would be too soft to properly scrape away packed ash, but the bristles are rigid enough to do the job. A kit that meets my expectations.

Order renewed Second pallet ordered this year. Quality stays consistent from one delivery to the next, which isn't always the case elsewhere. The wood burns well, the embers last.

Little dust The 15 kg bags are clean, easy to handle and there's very little dust at the bottom. That's really different from some pellets where you find crumbs everywhere.

Used daily Six months of intensive use with no defects to report. The wheels haven't marked my laminate flooring. The unit holds the full load perfectly and moves easily.

Finally, a stylish log store At last, a log store with real character. My wife approved it immediately, which is rare for anything stove-related I buy. Great capacity, stunning looks.

Reliable firewood all season My pallet lasted the entire winter in my fireplace insert. Consistent logs, stable moisture content, no surprises. Reordered for the next season.
