Finally 100% natural I'd had enough of those chemical cubes that stink. This is just wood, smells lovely like pine when it burns. My fireplace insert is happy and so am I.

Does the job A vacuum cleaner that does its job properly. The brush is handy for cleaning the sides of the firebox and the glass. I just wish the tank were a bit larger to go longer between emptying.

Pallet well wrapped Delivery was spot on—pallet wrapped secure and logs perfectly dry. The 30 cm format fits my stove exactly. Heat from the moment I lit it up. Very pleased with this product.

Clean combustion Very little ash, no black smoke, no odour. The compressed wood briquettes made from 100% hardwood are really different from damp conventional wood. My fireplace insert stays clean longer.

Ideal for winter in the mountains Living at 900 m altitude, I need firewood that heats strong. This pallet lasted nearly 3 months as primary heating. Dense logs, regular, very good combustion.

Does the job and has for ages Used over two winters now, still top-notch. The button stays responsive, the display hasn't shifted. Simple, reliable, what more could you want from this kind of tool.

Folds easily In summer I empty it and fold it away in a cupboard, it takes up no space. In autumn I bring it back out and it returns to its shape without any creases. Well designed.

Pleasant smell The spruce gives off a nice woody aroma when lit, with no black smoke or chemical smell. You can tell it's pure wood, it's lovely.

Finally, clean firewood No more damp logs that smoke and clog the glass. This is pristine – the window stays clear, and so does the flue. The moisture content really makes all the difference.

Perfect for my fireplace Used in an open fireplace, the flame is spectacular and the heat is really noticeable. The 9 cm diameter fits everywhere. I'll definitely place another order next winter without hesitation.

No regrets after 6 months Used all last winter – the container didn't budge. The frost-black paint is unmarked, the castors still run smoothly. An accessory that ages well.

Works great for the barbecue too I use it to light the fireplace in winter and the barbecue in summer. No flavour transferred to the food – it's pure untreated wood.

Good product, correct size Used for wood pellets daily. The advertised 50 kg capacity is realistic. I would have liked an even taller version but this one does the job very well.

Adopted straight away My husband was complaining about dust everywhere each time we refilled. Since we got this shovel with integrated sieve, it's spotless. Two kilos is perfect for two shovel-fulls an evening.

Fast delivery and product as described Received in two days, batteries included, tested straight on the woodpile. 22%, still needs to dry a bit more. Happy to know exactly where I stand.
