Zero dust The logs are clean, no mess on the floor when handling them. Big difference from traditional firewood. The flame is beautiful and the heat given off is even.

High quality felt The material is really thick, not cheap felt that tears. Holds its shape well even when full to the brim. Happy with my purchase.

Finally wood that's truly ready I was tired of waiting two years for my wood to dry out. With this, it burns properly straight from delivery. The announced moisture content under 20% is genuine – my stove confirms it.

Solid and practical The reinforced handles really do their job – I can move it fully loaded without anything shifting. The thick felt doesn't sag despite the weight of the logs.

Beautiful piece The design lives up to its promise, really lovely item. I'm deducting a star because logs that are a bit wider don't fit as easily, you have to wedge them in. Otherwise nothing to say.

Good product, pricey but effective The calorific value delivers – over 4.5 kWh/kg you feel it straight away. I'd give it five stars but would have preferred a slightly shorter format for my small wood stove.

Solid and stable Loaded to the brim, it doesn't budge an inch. The steel is a good thickness – nothing flimsy about it. Should last years at this rate.

Nothing to complain about Kiln-dried wood, cut to the right length, clean. My husband who is particular about heating approved it on the first evening. We'll buy again next year without hesitation.

Easy storage The pallet fits neatly in a corner of the garage. The bundles of 5 logs are convenient to take out one by one. I appreciate not having to handle dirty wood.

Great wood for fireplaces Used in an open fireplace, these logs produce beautiful flames and heat the room well. Combustion is fairly quick, but that's normal in an open hearth. The hardwood mix is genuinely quality.

A few logs slightly too thick Overall very good quality, the wood is kiln-dried and clean. A few logs were slightly thicker and needed splitting for kindling, but I'm happy with the order overall.

Delivered assembled Received ready to use, no assembly needed. Just take it out of the box and put it down. The asymmetrical shape requires finding the right angle but you get the hang of it quickly.

Ideal for my fireplace Beautiful bright yellow flames, no damp crackling. The beech and ash create a really pleasant fire. I heat the living room every evening without having to refuel constantly.

Logs light perfectly The 25 cm logs catch fire immediately, no black smoke, the wood stove window stays clean. You can tell the drying is really well controlled. Delivery on pallet was faultless.

Really 3× more than a single log Notable difference compared to the traditional firewood I used to burn. Two compressed wood briquettes are equivalent to a good quarter of a classic log. Saves space and time.
