Solid and well finished The lacquered steel inspires confidence – no manufacturing defects. The welds are clean, the finish uniform. You can tell DIXNEUF knows their craft when it comes to stove accessories.

Complete and practical kit The 4 accessories really cover all needs. The shovel is very handy for filling the reservoir without making a mess, and the brush reaches corners I couldn't clean before.

Oak well represented You can recognise the oak by its density and how long the embers last. The mix is consistent with what's advertised. Effective supplementary heating, lovely outdoor aroma.

Good product, a bit short Logs of 26-29 cm perfect for my wood stove. Burns hot and long. Small issue with the pallet: a few logs slightly cracked on arrival but nothing serious.

Long burn time, brilliant The logs easily last 1 hour 45 minutes on low setting in my fireplace insert. I load 3 logs in the evening and still have embers in the morning. Really superior burn rate compared to regular logs.

Clean delivery Pallet well wrapped, uniform 50 cm logs. Tested the same evening: quick ignition and a lovely flame. I'm planning to order again next winter.

Pallet as specified and well wrapped Receipt perfect, pallet delivered in good condition and well wrapped. The logs are uniform in size, cut cleanly. No rotten or poorly dried wood in the batch. Honestly, that's a change from approximate deliveries.

Perfect delivery Pallet delivered right to the garage without any issues. The 40 cm logs are well sized and easy to store in my shed. You can feel the quality of the seasoning from the first light.

Practical but delicate sponge Very practical kit overall, the shovel and brush are robust. The microfibre sponge lost a bit of its grip after several months, but it's still usable.

Everything's there You couldn't ask for a more complete basic maintenance kit. Shovel, sponge, brush, paintbrush: the 4 tools I used separately before, all in one kit. Massive time saving.

Discreet and beautiful Looking for something understated that wouldn't clash with the lounge décor. The grey/black is perfect, it doesn't look cheap at all. The denim fabric gives it a nice raw edge.

Always top-notch After months of intensive use this winter, no warping, no weakness. A genuinely worthwhile investment. We still admire it as much as the first day.

Great wood for fireplaces Used in an open fireplace, these logs produce beautiful flames and heat the room well. Combustion is fairly quick, but that's normal in an open hearth. The hardwood mix is genuinely quality.

Pallet well wrapped Delivery was spot on—pallet wrapped secure and logs perfectly dry. The 30 cm format fits my stove exactly. Heat from the moment I lit it up. Very pleased with this product.

Top performance With the 80°C kiln-drying promised, I was a bit sceptical. Result: clean combustion, no whistling, fewer reloads than before. My consumption has gone down.
