Successful design The frosted black finish is really elegant, it almost looks like a decorative piece of furniture. The lid with a suspension handle is well designed, it prevents having to place it on the ground every time.

Good French quality I appreciate that it's made in France with local softwoods. Little dust at the bottom of the bags and the pallet was well wrapped on arrival. Pleasant and steady heat.

Good value for money Highly efficient for weekly maintenance of my fireplace insert. One small point: the power cable is a bit short, but otherwise the suction is excellent.

Finally done with bags on the floor I've been using this bin for a month next to my wood pellet stove. The 30 kg capacity is perfect, two bags and it's full. The frosted black works really well in the lounge.

Wood stove like new My pellet stove works better since I regularly clean the crucible with this device. Combustion is cleaner, the glass gets dirty less quickly. Money well spent.

Pallet well wrapped Excellent delivery – the 66-bag pallet arrived in perfect condition and immaculately wrapped. The pellets burn cleanly in my wood stove, very little ash to empty each week.

True to the photo Exactly the look I expected. The petal curve is well pronounced, it's not just marketing. Easily holds a good stock of logs for the evening.

Simple and effective Nothing extraordinary but everything you need for regular maintenance. The sponge is the best item in the set in my opinion. The brush does the job, nothing more.

Excellent performance in my wood stove Really kiln-dried firewood with no moisture detected. My stove heats better than with my neighbour's air-dried wood. The 33 cm logs fit perfectly in my firebox. Very pleased with this first purchase.

Careful delivery Pallet placed neatly in the yard with a manual pallet truck. The pellets meet the stated specs. Minor issue with slightly torn film but all bags were intact.

Perfect delivery Pallet delivered right to the garage without any issues. The 40 cm logs are well sized and easy to store in my shed. You can feel the quality of the seasoning from the first light.

Very happy Used daily for several weeks now, no sign of wear. The floor is protected from falling bark—a real plus compared to my old wooden crate.

Perfect for my wood pellet stove I always had ash everywhere after cleaning my crucible with a brush. With this vacuum, it's sorted in two minutes and the HEPA filter doesn't let anything escape. Real peace of mind.

Good value for money Does the job without fuss. The two steel pins feel solid, and the cap protects well. One star fewer because I'd have liked a backlit display screen.

Practical but fragile Very handy for quickly testing logs. Watch out for the points though, they can bend if you force them on wood that's too hard. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
