French origin appreciated Pleased to know the wood comes from Gard and the Cévennes. We're supporting local foresters, and the quality proves it. The logs are clean, with no moss or dirt.

Loyal customer Third batch of 10 nets I've ordered. Consistent quality, spruce always just as dry, ignition guaranteed. A product you can rely on every winter.

Very good but fragile mesh The logs are perfect, extra-dry as advertised. Small downside with the plastic mesh which tore during transport. No major issue though, the contents are intact.

Good but a bit heavy Once filled, it's naturally heavy. Fortunately the wheels more than compensate. The frosted black finish doesn't show fingerprints, which is appreciated.

Good for regular use Used every week since last winter, still pulls as hard. I've shaken out the HEPA filter several times, it holds up well. The flexible metal hose is well made.

Generous capacity I can fit around 25 logs in it, which matches the description perfectly. The only improvement might be slightly longer handles.

Good value for money The kit does the job for daily maintenance. The brush could have been a bit longer to my taste, but overall the 4 tools are useful and well finished. Satisfied.

Immediate heat The calorific value is spot on – heat rises quickly in the room. I have a pellet boiler and the efficiency is excellent since I switched to this product.

Impressive capacity I can easily fit two 15 kg bags of pellets in it with room to spare. The 50 cm size is well thought out—neither too bulky nor too small.

Folds easily In summer I empty it and fold it away in a cupboard, it takes up no space. In autumn I bring it back out and it returns to its shape without any creases. Well designed.

Finally, firewood that delivers Moisture content genuinely below 8%—you feel it straight away when you light it. No smoke, clean flame from the first minutes. The ash content stated is spot on.

Brush bristles nicely rigid I was worried the brush would be too soft to properly scrape away packed ash, but the bristles are rigid enough to do the job. A kit that meets my expectations.

Finally done with bags on the floor I've been using this bin for a month next to my wood pellet stove. The 30 kg capacity is perfect, two bags and it's full. The frosted black works really well in the lounge.

Pallet as specified and well wrapped Receipt perfect, pallet delivered in good condition and well wrapped. The logs are uniform in size, cut cleanly. No rotten or poorly dried wood in the batch. Honestly, that's a change from approximate deliveries.

Beautiful blaze The ash catches fire very quickly, perfect for starting the evening off. Then the oak takes over for sustained heat. Well-balanced mix, exactly what was needed.
