Received quickly Quick delivery and product as described. The shovel is beautiful with its frosted black finish, sturdy to the touch. First load was perfect, the sieve caught quite a few fine particles.

Immediate heat The calorific value is spot on – heat rises quickly in the room. I have a pellet boiler and the efficiency is excellent since I switched to this product.

Good value for money A simple but well-designed accessory. The sieve really makes a difference to how clean the refill is. The shovel marked slightly on the surface after six months of heavy use, nothing more.

Discreet and functional The compact format fits in a corner without taking up space. The 30 kg of wood pellets inside, you wouldn't notice. French manufacturing that shows in the quality.

DIN+ wood pellets top notch The 15 kg bags are easy to handle and the pellets are well-calibrated at 6 mm. No blockages on my boiler since last winter. Good calorific performance observed.

Magic sponge for the glass Honestly astounded by the microfibre. My glass was covered in black deposits and a single wipe removed it all, without chemicals or effort. I can't do without this kit now.

Kiln-dried logs, immediate ignition The 33 cm logs light up first time, without paper or extra firelighters. The oak-beech mix heats strong and long. Pallet delivery flawless, wood well sized.

French manufacturing appreciated Happy to find 100% coniferous wood pellets from France. No strange residue, no chemical smell, just good compacted wood. The DIN+ certification is reassuring.

Pallet as specified and well wrapped Receipt perfect, pallet delivered in good condition and well wrapped. The logs are uniform in size, cut cleanly. No rotten or poorly dried wood in the batch. Honestly, that's a change from approximate deliveries.

Doesn't scratch my flooring This was what I really wanted: a container that doesn't mark the floor when I move it. The soft base glides smoothly across my solid oak.

Intense heat The energy output is impressive – you get more warmth using fewer logs. 30 cm format is ideal, top density. The pallet should easily last me the whole season as a backup heat source.

Very little ash The ash content claimed under 0.5% is clearly verified. I clean the burner every two weeks now instead of once a week before. Significant time saving.

Entire pallet used without any issues I burned the whole pallet over the winter, no nasty surprises. Logs stayed dry from start to finish, even those at the heart of the pallet. Consistent quality, which is nice.

Good but a bit heavy Once filled, it's naturally heavy. Fortunately the wheels more than compensate. The frosted black finish doesn't show fingerprints, which is appreciated.

Discreet and effective No more plastic bags lying around the lounge. The felt basket really adds to the décor and hides the fuel well. My partner is pleased too.
