Will buy again without hesitation Second pallet this winter. Consistent quality between both orders, same calibre, same moisture content, same species. That's what you expect from a reliable supplier.

What I was looking for Bin matches the description, actual capacity of 30 kg verified with two full bags. The wheels roll smoothly, and the lid is well-designed with its hook handle.

Good value for money Pallet meets expectations, kiln-dried firewood and effective. The mixed hardwood and softwood blend gives a beautiful flame. Minor complaint: two or three logs slightly crumbled at the bottom of the pallet.

Pallet well wrapped Delivery was spot on—pallet wrapped secure and logs perfectly dry. The 30 cm format fits my stove exactly. Heat from the moment I lit it up. Very pleased with this product.

Good but a bit tight Quality storage, quick assembly. For my thicker logs, I had to sort them a bit. Standard 33 cm logs fit perfectly though.

Entire pallet used without any issues I burned the whole pallet over the winter, no nasty surprises. Logs stayed dry from start to finish, even those at the heart of the pallet. Consistent quality, which is nice.

Good overall performance Product as specified, pallet well wrapped. The advertised calorific value checks out in use. A bit pricier than standard wood but you make it back in heating comfort and storage.

Clean and eco-friendly heating The idea of wood with no glue or additives convinced me. No suspicious smell, very clean combustion. French origin confirmed by the seller, that's a real plus for me.

Discreet frosted black finish It sits beside the wood stove and goes unnoticed thanks to its matt colour. The sieve holds back the dust really well; my firepot gets much less sooty since I've been using it.

Good quality, a bit of dust The drying shed leaves a little fine dust on the logs, nothing bothersome but worth knowing. In terms of heating nothing to complain about, the oak-hornbeam mix does the job in my fireplace insert.

Very clean combustion Second pallet ordered this season. The ash content stated at below 0.5% is genuinely delivered—I empty the ash pan far less often than with my previous pellets. Stove running perfectly.

Finally a suitable brush The ash brush is perfectly sized for my wood stove firebox. No more ash flying everywhere in the living room when I empty the ash tray. A really well-thought-out kit.

Discreet and functional The compact format fits in a corner without taking up space. The 30 kg of wood pellets inside, you wouldn't notice. French manufacturing that shows in the quality.

Ideal for main heating At my place, the stove runs every day in winter. The MAXI LOG keeps the heat going all evening without needing to check on it. The density really makes a difference compared to standard logs.

A lovely gift idea Given to my parents who have a wood pellet stove. They're delighted with the frosted black finish and especially the ability to roll the hopper up from the cellar. Validated choice.
