Delighted with my choice Pallet arrived promptly, bags intact. The softwood pellets give off gentle, lasting heat throughout the house. My wood stove runs perfectly with this fuel.

Consistent quality I've been using these BIO ÉNERGIE wood pellets for two winters now. The dual DIN Plus certification really shows in the consistency of combustion. My wood stove runs like clockwork.

Clever The fact that it's flexible and foldable makes all the difference compared to a rigid basket. When empty, I slide it behind the fireplace guard. Thick fabric that inspires confidence.

Fast delivery and product as described Received in two days, batteries included, tested straight on the woodpile. 22%, still needs to dry a bit more. Happy to know exactly where I stand.

Good value for money A simple but well-designed accessory. The sieve really makes a difference to how clean the refill is. The shovel marked slightly on the surface after six months of heavy use, nothing more.

Good French quality I appreciate that it's made in France with local softwoods. Little dust at the bottom of the bags and the pallet was well wrapped on arrival. Pleasant and steady heat.

Does the job and has for ages Used over two winters now, still top-notch. The button stays responsive, the display hasn't shifted. Simple, reliable, what more could you want from this kind of tool.

Solid and stable Loaded to the brim, it doesn't budge an inch. The steel is a good thickness – nothing flimsy about it. Should last years at this rate.

Little sooting After several weeks of use, my flue stays clean. It's a sign of truly kiln-dried firewood. Main heating this winter, satisfied with the output.

Wood stove like new My pellet stove works better since I regularly clean the crucible with this device. Combustion is cleaner, the glass gets dirty less quickly. Money well spent.

Done with wood chores One tonne on a pallet instead of 4 steres in the garden, that's huge space savings. The French hardwoods heat strong and long, exactly what I was looking for.

No more dust in the lounge I'm asthmatic and chimney cleaning had become tricky. Since I've been using this vacuum, not a single particle floating about. The HEPA filtration really delivers on its promise.

Perfect for 33 cm logs Our logs are exactly 33 cm and fit beautifully. Loading from the top is really convenient—no need to bend down. The matte finish looks great in the living room.

A real time-saver Before, between sweeping, shovelling and wiping up dust, it took me twenty minutes. Now it's done in five and the room stays clean. A truly worthwhile purchase.

Good product, pricey but effective The calorific value delivers – over 4.5 kWh/kg you feel it straight away. I'd give it five stars but would have preferred a slightly shorter format for my small wood stove.
